Our educational programs cover a wide range of topics relevant to pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, and personal development to help you feel prepared to parent successfully. Plus, these courses are available both in-person and online, allowing you to learn at your own pace and convenience.
Available classes include:
- Prenatal Care and Childbirth Education: Learn about the stages of pregnancy, fetal development, and how to care for yourself and your baby during pregnancy. Our childbirth education classes cover topics like labor and delivery, pain management techniques, and what to expect during your hospital stay.
- Parenting Skills and Newborn Care: Our parenting courses provide practical advice on caring for your newborn, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and sleep routines. You’ll also learn about child development milestones and how to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for your baby.
